This huge derelict power station near Balmain is seriously spooky. This was the engine room for Sydney’s electricity supply from 1917 to 1983. It occupies 38,000 sqm, 2kms from the centre of Sydney and right on Sydney Harbour. I was commissioned to take photos as part of the NSW Governments sale of the site. The site is closed to the general public so access is hard to come by.
